Cancellation Policy
We do have a cancellation policy, as a self employed individual I don’t get paid unless I have a client in my chair. This is how I make a living, so please don’t take it personally. I understand life happens but communication is key!
Our cancellation policy states a cancellation under 24 hours is 20% the serviced owed, a no call/no show is 100% of the service owed and a deposit required before rebooking.
